agricultural soil components
Agricultural soil consists of a number of components:
1- Clay soil (silt) is gray in color, and it includes loamy soil, red in color or yellow in color, and it has many good specifications.
2- Compost, organic fertilizer, peat moss, or cocopet. Vegetable compost is preferred.
3- Sand, and it can be used as a substitute for perlite or vermiculite as a porous material.
To these components, additives such as lime and mono-calcium superphosphate fertilizer are added. Sulfur can also be added as a fungal disinfectant.
The compost must be completely decomposed and soft.
Peat moss is also used as a substitute for clay soil in the absence of its presence or difficulty in obtaining it, and mixtures for planting roofs are made of lightweight materials.
