Yes, but as sir said it means that as all other than monecious and dicot plants here male and female flowers are separate but on the same plant . So that cross pollination takes place

Yes monoecious means male & female flowers on same individual but in individual flowers not in a single flower. If they present in a single flower it will be hermaphrodite condition not a monoecious one .
