they shouldn't forget he started the building in 2007 which implies that building had a plan dated back. he didn't build the house in 2020 to take the modern form they want. Like Sheldon said some people actually like that old school taste. For instance I am also of the view that these modern structures aren't durable and maintaining them are far more expensive compared to the traditional architecture.
