I would love another episode with the Onyejekwu's and would love Mazi and Lolo allow them speak more on their experience. It's such a joy to see couples whose foundations are solidly rooted in Christ, who are not ashamed of the gospel, it's significance in their lives and relationship. I have always been scared of getting married, in my early 30s now and I am starting to accept that it is not the hell I believed it to be and that sustainable, fun companionship can actually come from it when it's founded on Biblical standards. If you are an expecting mum, try and go natural. Eat more of natural food and drink only water for like 6 months. Make sure you rest and sleep well. Water is your best friend. You can also try fasting every 2 days a week. 48 hours fasting not for religious reason but for your body to detox the unwanted substance in your body.
