Everything about this duet, turning up the intensity, and both here do a magnificent job! And nothing like ending on a "Big Mac" note💚

Bravi!!!!!!! No wonder the audience erupts; to hear this live at the best of times is a joy, but to have experienced live these two on top form must have been something else. VIVA VERDI 💝

Saludos,

These two were singing. They were not acting. Disappointing.

Go see Shakespeare if you want acting. This is for musicians, which you clearly don't appreciate or understand. If more modern singers sounded like this, and "acted" LESS, maybe Opera wouldn't be dying.

@@aarondimoff5180 You want opera to revert to 'park and bark'? Maria Callas and Tito Gobbi must be weeping in their graves! Opera is a dramatic theatre form, as has fortunately been long recognised.

@@rosemaryallen2128 Both can happen. Great singers can act. But opera is about singers who act, not actors who sing.

@@rdberg1957Of course! And virtuosity can be an emotional compensation. Still, this duet should thrill - and it didn't.
