1. The most important thing that I found is don’t feel guilty after you eat your favourite food even if you're eating any junk be on track from your next meal. Be grateful and mindful of what you are eating and feel happy ❤ 2. Imagine every night before you go to sleep that you are in the safest hands of God and visualise it and feel it ..it will relax you calm you and gives you comfort 3. Regular body massages ( not just the face but the whole body)can drastically change your health and wellness by giving a good blood flow in the body. 4. Journal your thoughts whenever you can and practise brain dumping 5. Do your research on what works best for you, not everything is meant for everyone because insearch of that you will find new perspectives, informations, and wisdom 6. You can self bless yourself before you start a day 💫🦋

Ahaana, I am going through a rough patch in life right now...in a phase were even sitting with my friends over phone or being literally with them is not making my me okay...or may be sharing my things are making my situation worse I can say because I literally see my friends putting effort of pooling in talks or conversations to make me feel better...I respect for what they do for me but I don't think that's what I need now. When I talk to few people I even go blank...thoughts onnum controlil allathapole but I feel okay listening to you. A friend far away whom I can simply listen to pole. Concept of vlogs are nice. Ithuvare personally ariyatha, kanditillatha oru person nil comfortable aakuahn, to simply sit with to just listen. I like all your videos. I'm a mum of 2 lil girls and my 5 year old let's me watch your vlogs without any fuss, when asked why she said cos its peaceful listening to ammu chechi 😇 same withyour mum Sindhu chechis vlogs too. I think this particular vlog is quite essential especially to the young gen Z and they might take it in the right sense coming from you rather than experiencing peer pressure . Take power naps for 10-15 mins through out the day. Practice breathing techniques while studying. Dont let stress get to you, you are so young! I have seen students studying medicine get stressed out and i have seen some others studying the same thing being mindful, plan out their day so that they have atleast some time for workout and relaxation ( it can be 5-15 mins in the whole day), eating balanced food, taking care of themselves. Remember you always have a choice, to stay on the top of your health game Or get drowned in the mundane day to day stress. Please take care :)
