@david taub please record this with the nigunim that are sung in between. there is a nigun called "oid yizkor luni" that you play with an instrument for it instead of the words. that would give the whole nisuch so much more in authenticity. cuz that is how its davened at least where i used to daven by kalmen shtekel.

It’s called a Kittel. It’s worn by men for particularly holy occasions, like certain holidays, or during the marriage ceremony. The white is meant to signify spiritual purity.

@@jww128 I wasn't in my shul for YT, but someone told me a viznitzer complained that my mostly satmar shul's nusach left him feeling like he missed out on davening, so I figured this might be the case. I'm looking for something nice and haimish for next year but couldn't be there this year. Most likely I'll have a satmar or viznitz option.
