Same with bank contact center (cc). If u called the bank, system will ask u to key in IC no. When u speak to CC officer, they will ask u again for IC to verify. Worse still, the call is not for financial trx. And want to speak supervisor for unsolved problems, they will tell u can’t or not available. Expect u to wait for their calls. How to answer calls if driving or in meetings??? No message left. It indeed happens to all services providers besides the government agencies. Disaster!

I thought they purposely did it. Make everyone busy. I saw them 1 person just do a single thing. 1 give queue number then 1 attend to you and make us busy (go to A then B then C). Then another as cashier for us to make payment. Then another one to approve. Then another one to check the documents and give us the receipt. Each time do a simple thing need more than half a day and need to apply for leave to do so.
