I visited this restaurant over a year ago, just as they were changing their menu to cater more to their middle eastern clientele in the neighbourhood. They had gotten rid of the Iberico pork from their menu, as well as their other pork items. I'm glad that they have changed the menu back to a more Asian fusion, so perhaps I will try Fish & Loaf again. Thanks for the great review!!

前日去咗食！5錯，適合醃尖噶食家並且要細食噶人😂出品好新鮮好乾淨好純粹，味道都比較原汁原味，鋪頭細到你估5到。感覺老闆為興趣多過想賺錢，當晚得我哋一行6人一圍變相包咗場了。不過5好誤會，價格5平。我個位全程睇住大廚工作，正！

金目鯛通喜知次魚生長大概50cm 喜知次只有大概30至35cm。 外表非常相似但細看就有明顯的不同。 另外喜知次喜知次身的脂肪含量高達20%, 金目鯛只有大概9％， 而且喜知次魚肉水分含量高肉質鬆散細嫩(滑口), 但金目鯛魚肉水份含量較少肉質緊緻(結實)。 喜之次魚肉味道較為濃厚, 金目鯛則較淡口。
