瑞士雞亦是太平館首創,汁醬是用瑞士美極鮮醬油 maggi sauce 浸,我小時美極細細支賣ㄧ元三角,ㄧ般上等生或老抽大大樽賣六,七角,因美極是瑞士進口貨,所以瑞士汁成本高也名貴很多,後期ㄧ盤餐模仿瑞士汁只用生,老抽加焦糖自制瑞士汁,兩者不同之處是豉油是大豆發酵有咸香味而美極鮮醬油是小麥發酵有鮮帶小甜的味.

昨天下午12点去嘉顿茶餐厅吃午餐，等了15分钟 坐低後 叫了餐，但已经话唔做流心西多士，好失望! 但海南鸡飯真的很嫩滑，配上酱汁👍😋但全程不能享受食物，因为店铺实在太细太细了，人流太多，取外卖的客人出出入入，也有人企在後面等(应該出去外面等) 真的食而不知其味，因为环境太嘈太窄了🤔🙄😲

I went to go try those 3 dishes today and drove there to find out they were closed on Monday. 😕 -- will need to go back next time 😁 Went to new city restaurant instead to try out another one of your recommended dishes (I've been there before for breakfast mainly and lunch but don't think I've tried the tomato pork chop rice and it was delicious! The sauce was as you said yummy. Big portion. I finished about 35 to 40% of it and took the rest home.

I had set breakfast a year ago. macaroni soup has MSG. The bread is dry (been out in open air for hours). The ham is paper thin. Server (I know it is minimum wage) looked like she hated everyone. I left 2/3 unfinished. Maybe the lunch items are good but many commented here about the attitude being poor. It does affect appetite.

I guess she is the only waitress to serve such a tiny place, sometimes the 老板娘 will help but that doesn't change much to the stressful "eat fast leave fast" vibe... Especially when you see the long line up outside. Maybe that makes her very a unhappy working environment too.

The pandemic enabled an astronomical price increase in every sector, nice to see the little cafe charging price of yesteryear. Those artery clogging delights are tempting. Ur really brave! Good to know this place served good authentic Hk style milk tea. I was at this cafe in the hwy 7/Leslie area , ordered the Swiss chicken wings on rice ($15) Got 2 pieces of skinny wings with tip intact, free cup of Hk milk tea but I suspect red rose tea bag They failed miserably to deliver real "Cha", the essence of the traditional cafe

嘉頓的老闆不大禮貌。COVID很嚴重時，所有人只能買外賣，他和員工完全不理秩序，送外賣的不用排隊，客人自己親自去買的左等右等先可以order ，乖乖排隊的表示不滿，他竟然怒啤我！又話送外賣的泊車在外面，不能等。簡直癈話！我老公亦泊車在外面，為什麼我們就要等？更過分的是他呼喝我：你要乜？俾錢囉！行為舉止簡直是個cheap man! 如果不是巳排隊很久，不想再另找地方，我轉身就走。我當時發誓唔會再去，都會叫朋友唔好去！
