真係好犀利！食到17個點心。其實大部份點心都係大陸嘅預製菜。只要反蒸就可以買，唔使有底點心師傅在場啊。其實美國都有$26任食。

点心“四大天王”分别是：虾饺、干蒸烧卖、叉烧包和蛋挞, as a professional food vlogger, you have to understand what to order and how they suppose to taste. for a buffet restaurant, common sense tell me most of the stuff will come in frozen and make some in house, nowadays, profit is ahead of everything else.

I went to Rosewood a few years back before they started offering AYCE. I found their quality to be above average. Never tried their AYCE dim sum. Not sure if the quality went down since offering AYCE.

2.5 to 3 dishes per person is usually enough, as the main ingredient of most dim sum is pork fat (at least 30% in the minced meat).

Normally, I go there around lunchtime. Most of the dim sums are OK compared to other Chinatown dim sum restaurants, and the price is very good. Thank you for sharing.

You know, most of these dim sum now-a-day is made in China and is shipped to the US and Canada area. The quality is not that good but is still edible. Even the big restaurant uses it and this is why I don't go for dim sum as much anymore. I use to go for dim sum every week but not anymore. Maybe once a month. Dim sum is not what it use to be anymore.👎
