Such GARLIC taste is 5 - 6 times stronger than those cheap ones sold in Asian supermarkets, and for sure NOT to grow with human waste.

Toronto restaurants are uninteresting, not creative, and kind of boring. I think the owners / chefs are too busy to use their brains to think of new food ideas and they are afraid of losing money. That's why Toronto uses old-fashioned recipes to keep their customers, because customers know what they are getting. Thank you for sharing.

Maybe it has to do with the cultures too, it is true I find Toronto lacks innovation when it comes to culinary elements. I don't get it we have good cooking schools, we have some great chefs ... But the vibe is just not there.

@@TorontoHKger, It's all about the money; they feel scared if they use creativity; what if no one comes? People who live in Toronto are all immigrants; they don't understand fine dining. I am just like you; I have been here all my life. We understand fine dining, but most of the old folks and the new immigrants don't understand fine dining. The restaurants just keep making the same old dishes with no changes.
