Dude has a good landing for a high jumper, could have been a thing he worked on since I can see a knee brace on his left leg, he is one of the rare ones to properly do it. Hopefully his career develops and we see him in a Italy Serie 1 club, he definitely brings a lot to a team.

Monster vertical jump indeed. Let's see how long his knees can take it. He is just 1,90 (6'2), and he is probably doing very hard work with weights (leg press and stuff) to jump like that. I've been there... I'm 1,86 (6'1), I used to jump like crazy and I can barely walk now.

@@jimmymht01No sir, always train on your feet. There is literally no need to ever sit/lay down to train your lower body. Or even upper body for that matter. Go to any gym and see how 95% of the guys train, and do the exact opposite. What you'll end up with is a symmetrical physique with explosive power through your glutes and hips, (true key to jumping).
