The blonde's played by Julie Benz from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Angel", "Rambo (2008)" and "Dexter". :-) Interestingly I had the great fortune of meeting her and when I mentioned to her that I remembered seeing her in this (back in 1995), she was so surprised at that, she actually said "Oh, shit!". lol :-)
