In PCM weightage is given based on review so it will change expert to expert review. So how can we know the accuracy of our weightage ? Please explain.

Preference can vary from expert to expert and thats ok because when you are dealing with multiple attributes the best solution is the one that gets you closest to your preference.

Consistency check is used to check if the pair vise comparison of attributes has been done correctly. If the check passes then we can use the AHP results
