@@myliferecords214 类似的做法,我试过用南乳及一些香料去腌制三层肉,两天后用中火油炸,全家人都爱上了。有机会一定要试试。

Very Innovative Chinese version Nasi Lemak. Blood Clams can replace 1. Lala Clams. 2. Oysters. Not a fan of blood cockles (taste like metallic blood-gross)
