这是用老面发酵面包,真正手工面包是用人手揉,,这还是用机器,口感不一样,但是很费手力,只有外劳才肯干这种辛苦活,也有半机器半人手的.不过用柴火烤面包很难见了.

Just throw the trays on the floor and put them back on the big table where they make the bread, dirty the table and later they would stake back the baking trays, overlapping each other, imagine trays from the floor where they walk about. Not hygienic at all. Can see those trays are dirty. How l wish they would be more hygiene.
