it still is, but now it's even more broken with the extra stacked ability haste and movespeed from the hextech buff

i really think luden's echo is really bad for ahri thanks god they buffed soulstealer another reason to NOT buy luden's echo

it's decent for wave clearing, the passive can proc multiple times too on teamfight if you managed to get lots of reset on your ult, but yeah item with flat AP pen will yield more damage on champs, no reason to pick luden over soulstealer when it got insane buff like this

@@Ditanium i find lich bane a better option to pick not only its good for kills, it also helps me to break turret/tower faster, and i think with only infinity orb ahri's dmg is enough to clear wave fast
