The Moment I Saw the shape of it when the other ship dropped out of hyperspace I immediately started thinking of the hyperspace rings that the Jedi Fighters used during the Clone Wars

While I agree that it is a booster ring, is that the Eye of Scion? or is the name for a ship that will soon join the ring? I admit I can see a ring being called "eye", bu we don't know the state of the Chimaera. The purgil trashed it pretty well, and who knows what happened at the other end of the journey without an Empire shipyard for a rebuild? Bringing a replacement might be a good move by Thrawn's allies.

I love the Rebels parallels. The scene of Sabine cutting her hair just like Kanan Jarrus did was great! After that we get the Rebels epilogue scene by the mural! Make me so happy! It’s also great that the trailers were mostly composed of these two episodes! Everything else is mostly unknown! Great job!

I liked how Ahsoka just moves slightly as the enquisitors light Saber passes by her. Anakin did the same move when a laser blast was shot at him in the clone wars animation series.

@LatetotheParty I reviewed both Saber fights. Qui was stabbed dead center just under the heart, Maul separated the spinal cord and both arteries that go to the heart. There was no saving Qui. Sabine on the other hand survived her duel because the location of the stab was off center, didn't hit any vital organs except the liver. Also she was rushed to the hospital which probably had a bacta tank or she had emergency surgery to repair the wound to her liver. Also we don't know how long she in the hospital, could have been a few days or a week.

The "Eye of Sion" MAY be a reference to Darth Sion, Lord of Pain. He was originally a member of Darth Revan's Sith Empire. After it's defeat, he was part of the Sith Triumvirate with Darth Nihilus, and, Darth Traya, headquatered on Malachor V.

Qui gon was stabbed right through the middle of his chest and didn't have access to immediate medical attention. Sabine was stabbed in the side and was presumably seen to by a medical lab on Ahsoka's ship until they got her to a proper hospital shortly after. Its pretty obvious why the latter died whilst the other lived.

look again. qui-gon got it straight through the spine so he was done. sabine took that orange saber right through the liver. right when somebody happens to show up at the last second to help. the miracles of modern bacta spray right? 7:43 isnt that the same guy who played the weasel stooge twilek in book of boba? this show is off to a great start!! so far its everything i was hoping for

Post Return Of The Jedi always had the best potential for best live action stories. Maybe not Sequel movies but with Mando, Ashoka really loving seeing characters return. Chopper always welcome sight. Great casting and action. Hopefully they are going to get Zeb.

the eye of sion appears to be basically a giant hyperspace ring, like the ones the jedi use with their smaller ships that have no hyperdrive, the ginormous one probably needs that many hyperdrives because of how long the journey will be, its either just basically having 5 tanks of fuel for the length or the extra push for the power needed to travel inter galaxy, im not quite sure whether stacking hyperdrives does anything so id assume its the first one,

Absolutely massive respect for the split-second Frisky Dingo shout-out at the end there. Love that show to pieces. Was hoping that they would name-drop the Rakata as the (probable) creators of the apparatus Elsbeth uses to pull up the totally-not-a-Star-Map, but oh well. This series is off to an awesome start, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. Cheers!

They REALLY need to have a throwaway line in episode 3 explaining why Ahsoka isn’t calling Luke to help because otherwise every time there is a setback this season the audience is going to be asking “why not call the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy?? Luke could smoke all 3 of these force using baddies”. I don’t actually even think Luke should be in this season (he should be in the later seasons and films for the climax) but they need to set his presence aside with a quick “he is busy” or whatever excuse they want

9:43- Talent for art and explosives yes, but Sabine was referring to her Jedi training as she's not Force sensitive and even in Rebels she wasn't fully trained in lightsaber combat compared to Ezra.

@@5353Jumper as far as I see it there is two possibilities. The more plausible one is that for whatever reason the writers wanted to change up the shot a bit, for example in rebels Sabine puts on her helmet but in this shot she doesn’t. It could have been for cinematic reasons because 1-to-1 recreations in live action can be kind of hard. The other less plausible explanation to me is that the rebels scene was a completely different scene than the one in the show and the show just mirrored it, but not entirely sure because she puts her hand up to the painting the same way she does in rebels

I'm sure you know by now that the scene with sabine at the mural is the same scene from rebels recreated in live action. there are side by side videos of it and it was done exactly, shot for shot the same. the only differences in how ahsoka is dressed and sabine not putting on her helmet. but more so than that if you go back to episode 1 clancey err i mean ryder is dedicating that mural in honor of ezra's sacrifice during the battle of lothal. ie they just finished ripping it off the wall in whatever cave Sabine drew it on and moved it there a couple of days ago.

Ahsoka was able to get Sabine to hospital literally at light speed. Qui-Gon might have been saved if not for Maul wasting precious time fighting Obi-Wan. This is why you should always get out of the way of ambulances. Seconds count.
