I was there and my kids and I got our photos taken with Hayden. There were literally thousands of people there getting photos with him and it took HOURS to get through them all. He was super kind and polite and shook each of our hands. I was really impressed at how kind and down-to-earth he was and the stamina he had to get through all those people! I'm very happy to see how well he has been embraced by the SW community now!

I don’t care what anyone says, Hayden Christensen is a really good actor and does a fantastic job playing Anakin. Yeah I cringe a bit with some of the lines in the prequels but that’s not on him. So glad I get to still see him as Anakin especially in Ashoka. Rosario Dawson is amazing also but I never hear anything bad about her anyway. Show Hayden some love and if you aren’t a fan, give him another shot. He really is a good actor.

@@Film_Quest a lot people complained about her acting but its not her acting that was the issue, she played the part right for the age of the character and where she is in life but the writing was the problem, there were not a lot of words for the characters to say sometimes and so there were these weird pauses, thats a writer issue, not the actors

So I wanna see the scene where they meet for the very first time, and Ahsoka tells Luke about how she was Anakin’s padawan, and how he was during the clone wars, and Luke tells Ahsoka about how he’s Anakin’s son, and how Anakin’s redemption happened in return of the jedi.

Baylan and Skin deserve more than a short Tales of the jedi story. That could be a separate film. Animated preferably. Hayden had his lightsaber skills, but please know that they guy who trained them at the time was a man called Nick Gillard, who is still working and has said he'd be interested to come back. Ray Park... Always cool to see him, but he's not an actor. So unless you want to put a mask on him... And they'd have to write a story of light saber wielder who's kinda heavy (which I'm up for). Personally, I'd like to see Donny Yen's character back in a Tales of the Jedi short. He also made me feel that we should open Star Wars up to some more fighting styles. I mean, it's whole universe. Why should they all have one of the seven forms?

They were scheduled for that time, but started 25 minutes late. Rather than do the full 45 minutes, they cut the panel down. Which must have been disappointing for those who paid to attend. After the panel, both actors were set up to sign autographs. Not sure how long they were there, but it must have been a while.

@@FandomSpotliteI was there. Autograph demand was super high, and both agreed to stay longer to make sure fans were able to get them. I think they were delayed for photo ops which also had crazy demand (I had just taken a photo with Rosario before this). So yeah, bummer they were out late, but they weren’t slacking or anything. Can’t imagine how exhausting the day was for them. Still an unforgettable experience! Also Rosario sang Seasons of Love before this (modified for the leapyear) so that was cool.

Man, such a shame to hear how terribly unprepared Awesome Con was for these two. A friend of mine was telling me that the coordinators couldn’t manage having both of these lovely stars signing autographs and doing these Q&As. It was so bad that many attendees of the Con spent almost 8 hours standing in line and many of them were turned away without getting to meet them. Of course refunds were given but the time wasted was something that couldn’t be given back. I can only hope they manage to coordinate things better next time.

turned away? i'm surprised. i didn't have an autograph ticket, but i had a photo ticket for Hayden. when it came time for the time that was stamped on my receipt- they told us to come back in about 30mins because he hadn't eaten all morning making sure he gave everyone autographs and met everyone in his line (he was also doing photos with Rosario and they wanted to get thru all of their fans before their solo photo ops). completely understandable- they should be allowed time to break and eat, which they were. however, it went over the time they said to wait and come back which if that's just the time he took to eat, that's fine. If it was staff being unorganized- they need to get it together a little better. when it came time to get my photo op- they had us broken up into lines. disability, jump the line passses, and then people who didn't have those benefits. disability (the line i was in) still had to wait a couple hours after they lined us up. it's understandable if the celebrities were in the middle of something. but if staff wasn't prepared for the photo op, it could've been handled better. there's another con i've been to- monster mania. when it's time for the photo op, we go wait in a room with tables for a bit- then go into the line for the photo op. put your objects in a bin that you don't want in the photo, follow the line, say hi and pose- thank the celebs, then go get your items and pick up your print. no waiting and no jump the lines, but it is at a schedule time- the staff is very prompt and good with it though. i think awesomecon could take some notes from it. I'm very surprised that people were turned away from autographs. After this panel though, I remember Hayden and Rosario staying in the room at a table to finish giving autographs to those who missed out earlier in the day. Awesomecon could definitely take some notes from monster mania. regardless, i had a great time at the con and am happy with my experience/photo op

I watched the whole thing. Everything was great I’m just a little concerned for Hayden he was great but at the end when he was asked about his legacy I think he got very nervous. I think he wasn’t being very honest. I think he might be a little disappointed about his legacy but he doesn’t wanna seem ungrateful. So he has a inner fight. I think he wishes his career as an actor was more diverse outside Star Wars. Like Rosario’s. But hey. He’s still young. Hopefully we’ll get to see him play new and good roles soon
