i think ahsoka and maul are the franchise’s best characters, simply because their character development is unmatched. both are introduced as apprentices of the jedi and the sith, then find their way out and follow simply light or dark, respectively. and the way their stories are told and intertwine with each other is a masterpiece. i loved the phantom apprentice episode in TCW

@@Spannie A lot of it was because the council wasn’t fair for even a second to Ahsoka when she was falsely accused. They didn’t send any Jedi to investigate what happened in the recording where Letta died and when Anakin showed, the clones prevented him from seeing her. When they captured her, the quickly set up a hearing just so that they could expel her and they only let her speak for like 20 seconds before they came to their decision. When she was proven innocent, no one apologized except for Anakin when he was the only who didn’t need to apologize. He put in all the help he could. Ahsoka was also aware that there were many Jedi at the temple who could protect the populace should the separatists attack them.
