I'd increase the active time of Fulcrum to 8 seconds and increase her swing speed, with 1.5 she's slower than Rey, Vader and Yoda, she'd need to be at something like 2 swings per second to compensate for her low damage.

Am I blind or there is no Asajj Ventress hero concept? Dew it! As for Ahsoka, I would make an ability called Force speed which doubles her jump, makes her faster and increases stamina. And maybe an ability where she can spin around and hit multiple people with her sabers like in season 5 of the TCW.
