Great restoration ☺️ wish everyone who has something negative to say would realize he stated in the beginning that the owner wanted things done a certain way because they were not willing to pay. It’s not a stool for himself it’s a commissioned piece and client is always right. Anyhow thanks for an awesome and entertaining video be blessed

Ever since I started to work (when I was in my teens), I have always done one type of customer service or another, and I have found that the expression "The customer is always right" is completely false and wrong. The customer is NOT always right, in fact, must of the time the customer is wrong, but the customer is the one paying so we need to accommodate them in order to get paid. If you, as a service provider are not comfortable with what the customer wants, you have the right to say: "No, I don't do cheap mediocre work. Take your business elsewhere". You should always choose your customers, and the quality of work you want to provide so you can feel proud of your work. (if you care for those types of things)

Very good fast job: demonstrating that if the client is on a budget, you have to determine what you will do and what you can't do. If there was world enough and time this would have been done differently. Hot glue for the gimp was probably not your first choice, but you couldn't help but take some pains to do it as neatly as possible.

Beautiful, Bravo! I love the fabric you put on the stool. It’s perfect for it’s time period. Just wondering. It looked like at one time the seat was rattan. I noticed that you cut it off on the saw. Am I correct on that? You use water based stain. Do you mix up your own colors. You always manage to have a perfect match. I just love watching you restore pieces. I could sit all day n watch you. Your amazing at what you do. Gosh, wish where I live there is someone I could take my pieces to that does work as well as you. Unfortunately there’s not any around. Besides I don’t know if I’d trust them. Your the best!! ♥️♥️😊👍👍
