Time to bring God back to centre of society so we can love our neighbours and care for them. Hey Maxx! the lady is cooking salvi corn called masa de maiz( nixtamal) So , corn dough ! After it's cooked , is washed , then ground it on the mill. Once you got the dough it's ready to make tortillas or pupusas. A natural organic process different as you got it on states as corn flour!

El Salvador was a lot better before the war,,it was friendlier,,there was almost no crime at all,,parties,,soccer games,,church reunions,,a lot of movie theaters,,music,,,dancing a lot of activities but the stupid civil war brought sadness,,and property,,and the mindset was changed for ever,,,but hopefully we'll be back to a normal life,,one day.
