Bacolod the City of Smiles! 🇵🇭
To me this city is much more than just smiles, it has a tremendous food culture which is also home and birth to the most beloved food in Philippines - Chicken Inasal. That is also what we are eating today, in fact, the BEST Chicken Insasal in all of Bacolod.
We also got a nice bonus a dish that is very popular amongst the population - Cansi. It is a huge bone marrow soup together with really big chunks of tender beef. This dish is not commonly eaten by foreigners that visit, but GOD DAMN it is unbelievably good.

You came to the right place. Bacolod has one of the best foods in the Phils... Unique flavirs and delicious. No other chicken barbeque can beat Bacolod Inasal. Those who say Mang Inasal is the best surely have not tried Bacolod Inasal and theyre truly missing out. And Kansi??
