Notes:
- These were my 1st laps ever of Ahvenisto as a driver
- Petri, aka Pimust (check his KZbin videos also) was my guide for the day and gave me some brilliant coaching and comments on the correct lines.
- As you can obviously see, the track was damp and my tires are a bit spent so I didn't want to push beyond reasonable.
- Petri quotes speeds, but these are probably doable for an experienced driver with a track prepared car... NOT for the heavy Saab :) I always chickened about taking the fastest corner without lifting off
- The beep you listen at 5:23 is my ESP failing and disabling itself, which is a fairly common fault on this car and which also sorts itself out later in the session. Most likely the front right HUb is on it's way out and will need to be replaced.
- at 8:39 I put the foot on the brake and... almost nothing :) Brakes were faded in only a couple of laps. Surely would need a brake upgrade to be a track car. Now I understand the purpose of grooved brakes
