@samanwayaghosh Thanks for the comment Samanwaya Ghosh, For me it is free. I also checked on OpenAI pricing and it says free. I am in Germany, maybe its free here only but I dont think this should be the case. Please check the pricing here: openai.com/chatgpt/pricing/ I also didnot add any Credit card for OpenAI API key for using gpt-40-mini.
