Here's how to get out of the building: 1.Open Chad's apartment 2.Go back, so he doesn't see you 3.Wait till he's distracted by Fred 4.In one of his rooms there's a lot of swords, take one of them 5.Go to Tom (he's not in an apartment, he's close to the exit) 6.Kill him with a sword 7.Take his key 8.Open the exit with that key in hands And you'll be able to get out!:D
