Great content and a walk through. I'd like to acknowledge that it takes you just a few minutes to build it but there years of experience and knowledge behind them. Now to the task at hand: I would like to convert my home grown kb currently maintained in Google slides into a chat bot as a troubleshooting guide for internal users.

Love this! I'm a UX designer with a passion for 3D and all things AI. The 3D tool I'm using recently released a new real-time API AI feature, so I created a cute 3D chatbot. I would love to plug and play my chatbot with a custom knowledge base AI like this, but I don't have a personal knowledge base hehe.. do you know if Voiceflow offers some mockups or something? Otherwise I guess I can ask ChatGPT to just write a whole lot of documents about something random to test it out in the sandbox hehe

You can import any blog's sitemap into Voiceflow to populate the knowledge base instantly. For example, here's mine: sabrina.dev/sitemap.xml

you can upload PDFs directly into Voiceflow's knowledge base and it will search the docs for additional context :)

Yes, Flowise is open source and great too. Agentive is another option. I recommend Voiceflow because it's the easiest to get started with imo.

yes but painfully... there's a workaround where you fork their repo and stuff. AgentiveHub has better whatsapp integration.

This is not building an AI chat bot. You are buying a service (this demo is free tier). I personal wouldn’t look into this service, but I image it’s possible to white label. How does this scale what are request limits? Does this business own all chat logs?

this is a chatbot... you can switch to open source like Flowise if you want
