Thank you so much for this! I’m an independent freelance fine artist and over 50 of my artworks have been used to train ai without my consent or payment. AI’s computers are useless without our images to train them. Why should I be forced to provide the core product of my biz to develop the core product of another biz? Many artists like myself aren’t against ai we just feel it needs to be implemented in an ethical manner that is opt in and fair. Ai companies are in several legal cases right now and I always questioned marketers who were jumping in so fast when they could be setting their companies up for legal trouble down the line. This is the first marketing platform that I’ve seen highlight the ethical and legal issues surrounding ai. I think you’ve presented some very important points including ai should be used to assist not replace original content.👏👏.Well done thanks again for presenting the issues in a clear and balanced way!

IInteresting points, but the question should be whether all content creators on KZbin list the resources they base their information on. I rarely see this, but there have been occasions when I noticed people adding citations for the content they have consumed and reformatted for their viewers. Other questions to think about are why it is different for a human to ingest music, art, literature, etc., and be inspired based on their collective training to create things derived from that collective experience?
