You try to simplify what a workflow, agent, and input are, but I'm sorry you failed. You should think of a simple scenario or example that everyone can understand and then to explain and define it as if I'm a 5 year old. You should have asked ChatGPT to explain workflows, agents, input, etc, as if you are a 5-year-old. 99.99% of the population, including CEOs, MDs, CFOs and marketing personnel, do not speak tech but desperately want to know how technology can speed up their customer service and marketing process and reduce cost. If you do this, you'll double your subscriber base. Show this video to your mother, and if she can't understand it, 99.99% of the population can't either.
