Very interesting conversation. All comments and advice have been addressed correctly. However, my personal feeling is that we are still working in the field of conjecture, which is perfectly understandable considering the scale of the problem. My suggestion is to first focus on the basics. Everything in healthcare must start with a global registry, which represents the epidemiological basis for organizing all levels of care complexity. This multilateral strategy requires consensus from all stakeholders, avoiding the next and inevitable collapse of the healthcare system if no objective action is initiated.
