@@sweety2913 Thank you for your question😊 I'm glad you made an effort towards using mantras to assist you! I'll answer it in detail so it may benefit others who may have similar queries. 1) Preparation: You can do some Exercise/ Yoga, followed by Pranayama such as Alternate Nostril Breathing (for concentration) and Bhramri (for memory), before chanting of the mantra, preferably 108 times or more. Exercise/ Yoga, help with reducing restlessness in the body and pranayama-breathing helps calm the mind down. 2) Practice: When you pronounce mantra correctly, i.e “aing" and lightly focus on the top of your head/ around your cortex, energy rises to those areas, whose neurons are then activated. Follow it with Meditation. If you don't know how to Meditate, do a guided one.. Meditation is the KEY here! It consolidates the effects of your mantra practice, and has tremendous benefit on our brain/ gray matter/ memory centers. Here is an easy Guided Meditation that will work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXSph4l4o7N3mpo 3) Conclusion: Before ending Meditation, visualize mentally that you are now being able to easily focus in studies, and that you have perfect memory recall. Experience it with 100 percent feeling, and set an intention for yourself. Offer the intention to Divine/ Universe/ favorite Deity and be free, knowing that you'll be taken care of! That is Sankalpa. Then you can begin your studies. ***A couple notes: ~As with all practices, it is important to do it regularly, for effects to start being permanent. ~Drink plenty of water and maintain a healthy and spiritually compatible diet. In addition, you may also get an Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis done to maintain equilibrium in the Tridoshas of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This will help you concentrate and experience peace and clarity which allows focus with ease. Wish you the best in your studies!😊 Love and Light🌺 VEDMAYI

Which one is the right pronounciation aing or aa-ee-mm. Please reply
@VEDMAYI3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sipra, I addressed your question in the video and in my answer to above. The pronunciation heard in this recording is correct and most beneficial to our nervous system. Anuswara in Sanskrit is a NASAL SOUND which is impossible to translate and explain in writing because of inherent limitations present in the English language. Vedic chanting rules on Anuswara dictate pronunciation, tone and inflection, etc. Also, there are recommended guideposts for bhaav, inner attitude and approach to the practice. The subject is vast and oceanic. I’ll make a video someday explaining the science and effects. In a nutshell: AAI(MM) raises Shakti up to the Agna chakra- affects cortex/ brain control centers-sensation felt is reminiscent of Bhraamari Pranayama, although Beej mantras work on much more subtle, fundamental, and evolutionary level. AAI(NG) raises Shakti up to Sahastraar and BEYOND- affects cortex/ brain control centers + unmanifest parts of our existence (mind, body, speech). Sensation felt is on top & above the head. That is how it is chanted here. Love and Light😊🌺 VEDMAYI
