Restrictions and Regulations are needed on creating and using AI technology. AI machines may become smarter than humans but that is where they get dangerous to himans because this smartness comes without emotional components.

Weather patterns and year predictions are already decoded by our ancestors as a 60 years cycle and it is available to us. We dont need to AI for that. Check out South Indian tradition/Panchang for it.
