Step 1: Generate Your Image/Avatar
To generate your image head over to Leonardo AI a free text-to-image generator, Leonardo is a good alternative to Midjourney and it's free to use….
Let's quickly create an account first.
Enter your email address and a strong password.
Verify your account by entering the verification code.
Now pick your username.
To generate your AI image click on image generation, you can choose from different fined-tuned models.
Let’s choose the 3D Animation style….
To generate an image, use this Prompt:
A realistic 25 years old female 3D character, dressed in a hoody, situated behind a large Polish desk, standing in the center of the room, staring directly into the camera in a well-decorated office
Click on Generate. This will take some time.
Once you are happy with your avatar click on the download.
Step 2: Record your script
Once you've created your avatar, you need to record your script.
Head over to Eleven Labs, here you can choose from their pre-made voices or clone your own voice. If you want to clone your voice, buy its paid version.
Select any pre-made voice, paste your script, and click generate.
Now download it.
If you are interested in cloning your voice let me know in the comments below I will make a separate video on it.
To clone your voice record one-minute audio of yourself talking, go to voice lab click on instant voice cloning, name your voice, and upload your voice then click on add voice, go to speech synthesis, select your new voice, and type in what you want your avatar to say… click on generate then hit download…
Step 3: Choose a talking avatar creator
There are a number of different talking avatar creators available, both free and paid. Some popular options include:
Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Elai.io and Invideo AI.
Each talking avatar creator has its own unique features and capabilities, so it's important to choose one that's right for you. For example, some creators offer a wider selection of avatars, while others offer more advanced features such as custom voice cloning and facial animation.
To turn our AI image into a talking avatar, I will Go with D-ID.
Step 4: Generate your video
Go to D-id.com.
Let's create an account to get free credits.
At the bottom left, click on Guest.
Enter your email address and a strong password.
Now Verify your account.
Click on Create Video.
Create a new avatar by uploading your avatar Image.
click on Audio.
Here Upload your own audio.
Hit generate
This process can take a few minutes, depending on the length of your video and the complexity of your avatar.
Once your video has been generated, you can download it to your computer and share it on KZbin or other social media platforms.
Creating a talking avatar video is a great way to add personality and engagement to your videos. By following the steps above, you can create a talking avatar video that will look and sound professional.

1)I used the Capcut Auto-Caption feature. Different Caption Styles are available. You can choose any color. 2) I prefer to go with a PC (doesn't matter if its a Windows or Mac) for long-form KZbin videos. But you can easily create Reels or Shorts on Android just record the video in 1080p.
