I don't have the time to translate it, but I've corrected the english transcript, so if you turn on CC and choose automatic translation to french it should be quite accurate (I hope).

Ai Weiwei is a political pawn, manipulated by the west with the illusionary idea of freedom, the art of Ai Weiwei only exist in reaction to this impression he has of democracy, which is one of acceptance and inclusion, in reality discrimination and maintained separatism is at the core of many democratic countries. In the United Kingdom, British art is none representative of British society, inequalities are maintained by design and exist within the educational system, galleries and funding agencies that maintain racial separatism. The Arts Council is dominated by a white staffing structure, that has created a skewed perspective of art by disproportionately supporting white artists / organisations, thus creating an unequal separately maintained Ethnic Minority Arts that is considered insignificant within mainstream art. The distribution of funding should be proportionate as blacks not only buy lottery tickets they pay taxes, minorities have an entitlement to public funds. The diversity of British society has never been represented through its art, this skewed unequal reality is promoted internationally by the British Council as something that should be celebrated. This institutionally and by association governmental maintained inequality has been manipulating our understanding of art / socio-economics and politics for decades. www.artscouncil.org.uk/what-we-do/our-priorities-2011-15/diversity-and-creative-case/ I would question whether Ai Weiwei work is actually art at all if it is influenced by reaction he becomes a tool for propaganda merely functioning to elevate the careers of curators.
