Very detailed discussion..on the one hand our edu infrastructure at all levels has suffered systemic and systematic destruction from primary to Higher edun brought about by NEP 1&2..in the meanwhile, the world has moved on ...as you have admitted in your introduction..are our policy makers alive in this situation or are they still selling pipedreams incl chip manufacturing in India ?
