The critic, Rajeev Masand doesn't criticize or talk negatively about every movie. The joke is there because he uses strong English words and phrases that are more often than not difficult to understand without using a Dictionary. Also, sometimes Rajeev Masand ends his review by not just giving the movie a rating out of 5 but also a thumbs up or down. The actor who plays Debator Dubey in this series also has a habit of talking like Rajeev Masand, that's why he was shown to be transforming into the critic. the packages part is a joke on the types of taxes that is levied while ordering food online. that is why intead of the food he orders for different types of taxes that will be charged on the actual food. regarding the condiment, in india whenever you order a pizza they give you the condiments more than its actually needed, they did that bit to exaggerate on the same.

Jaby the old dude in the end rating the movie is actually a popular tv and movie critic called rajeev masand. the scene where he orders pizza is actually about all the taxes we have to pay making food expensive, so the joke is that like you pay tax with your food, here you are payind for pizza with your tax. the scene with the condiments comming in a big bag is a joke on us indians, whenever we order pizza we ask the delivery boy to give us extra condiments, sometimes unreasonably extra.
