I like how the conflicts and “mysterious, serious” elements in AIB are much more clear than other object shows. I remember watching Inanimate Insanity, in which Apple and Marshmallow hated each other for no clear reason, but here, simply put “Glowstick demeaningly stalks Pitchfork” (I watched II a lot and never understood why Apple and Marshmallow hate each other)

so the fact that there was a red glow. It was because evil oodle arrived to the game show and on episode 5 when there was a forward red triangle and oodle noticed. So he had to throw it in his houses underground inventory. And it also possesed bone. And on episode 4 Bone Said (pssst. a little help?) and then evil oodle starts controlling bone to draw like a professional until somebody noticed.
