Though pension updation and merger of special allowance in basic are subjudice, yet it can be solved by IBA and UFBU LEADERS if both parties willingly want to help retirees on this genuine matters.

Pension Updation matter is not sub-judice in view of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13/2/2018. What is pending is the Contempt Petition 1124/2019 filed against non-compliance of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13/2/2018. Singla case is hit by 'Per Incuriam'. Singla Case is bound by the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13/2/2018.

How about recent batch of pensioners(Resignees)?, Whether they are eligible for ex-gratia or not. As of now, it is not paid.
