From defensive tenacity to offensive precision, our athletes honed their skills, refining conditioning, pacing, and stamina. Even our RNS Juniors embraced the challenge, adapting drills with unmatched enthusiasm. The court then thundered with jump ball sessions, elevating explosiveness and agility to new heights.
