Distance criteria 50KM hata dena chahiye....kyun ki har district mein 50 kM k andar college nehin hai....isiliye .....distance ko hata dena chahiye

The provision is in the latest approval process hand book of the AICTE. But can anyone get admitted in any colleges in any state from the current academic session OR Colleges have to take permission after building up all facilities to run such program in holidays/Saturdays or beyond office hours as specified in the said hand book? Pls comment.
