The story is having to do with a death game, as the character from the picture in this video, is Sara Chidouin, the main character. The story overall surrounds Sara & her best friend, Joe Tazuna, who is @obsessed w/ joe 's profile picture. And spoilers, in the picture, after Joe being executed, death by wrigglers (Mosquito larvae) draining his blood out, Sara gets a nightmare & hallucinates that Joe is trying to choke her, whereas she is surrounded by guilt. I found volume 1 & 2 at Books a Million, volume 3 is somewhere. On vol. 1 is Sara Chidouin, on vol. 2 is Keiji Shinogi, on vol. 3 is Sou Hiyori / Shin Tsukimi. There's also a game for it, but it has a bit of a different story, my apologies, I still haven't found out how to access it. But I've gotten completely obsessed with YTTD, & if you also like Danganronpa, this is absolutely the perfect manga for you. Edit: You can either look up YTTD's game and it will direct you to access or you can get it on Steam.
