@@limes_I To be fair if you have FL Diablo is just a shortcut to something you could've done, same with most daws. Origin is just a bitcrusher mainly, you got that for free, izotope vinyl can handle noise, there are good free wow and flutter plugins and chorus is an effect with substitutes. Cymatics plugins are for people who don't want to do any fine tuning with rates and such, which on a technical level only makes them worse

It seems like they might have reversed the 808’s Polarity to prevent the two basslines from cancelling each other out. When you play two Identical but flipped waveforms through a speaker, they add together and equal zero speaker movement, for that sound at least. This is sometimes used to create vocal tracks from songs by inverting an instrumental and layering it over the original track in Audacity, which cancels everything except for the singer out.
