A perfect oportunity not only to get introduced to the languages and cutures, but also to try and mae a guess as to a singer's personality, to appreciate the lyrics; it's also interesting to listen to kid songs, w,especially hen you are learning the language. For example, this one: "А кто увидит нас, тот сразу ахнет=)))" kzbin.info/www/bejne/gWGukJ-fo5V6hZo

Cultural music is the best, (FOLK MUSIC) as well as learning about new and different cultures. It takes an open mind to appreciate. Natasha, and her supporters have open minds. The benefits of being open minded are reaped in the form of; art appreciation and love. But these arts and literature are on the verge of being extinct; at the hands of judeo'Christian, right wing dictators. We must stop these; governmental. book burning, music hating, and right-wing conservatives of every religion and nation at any cost.

I once spoke to a politician from my area about government bans on languages. I don't remember exactly how we came up with it back then. She worked for the German government as a consultant in Azerbaijan for several years. And she then said “Yes, it always starts with banning a language”. I thought of that when I saw your clip. And - but that’s a different topic - the Russian/Soviet “tradition” of relocating people to other parts of the country, many thousands of kilometers away. I very much hope that we will soon live in a better world - although as a German in the EU I can already live in a “good” world. Kind regards from Northern Germany

There are 23 or so languages that have official status in some part of the Russian Federation. Im the Ukraine only Ukrainian has official status which is kinda funny because it is relatively recently and poorly standardized and Zelensky and Syrski dont speak it very well. Tatar has not been banned nor has Tatar language education. It is just no.longer mandatory in schools.

Good comment. I had no idea what reality in Russia is truly like b4, I began seeing her videos 3 yrs ago. I have a new perspective on everything now. Sadly, though, it made me see how true what ppl in the West always say to me is: corruption in Russia has always been there. It's like how the rich v. poor in capitalism is, yet even worse...the divide, that is....just there it's government vs. the ppl, rather than class war as in capitalism in west. Both sides are wrong. And there's enough shame on every side to fill an eternity. If Vlad putin is what the west victory over communism looks like? It is safe to say that; the united states of schizer lost the cold war. At least in Ussr they had voting and changes in leadership.

This evening, I just talked about IC3PEAK and Aigel in our concert venue and I played Aigel in public. Just there, KZbin proposed me your video. I finished my concert now, and I looked at this video. I'm so happy, because I listen IC3PEAK and Aigel since some years and I think, they have a courage, I even cannot describe. The only thing, I missed in your video, was a talk about the song "Gas" (ГАЗ). When I saw the video and when I understood the codes (200 for "dead soldiers"), I had tears in my eyes. I saw a lot of horrible things in my life, but that song melted me totally. This song is totally underrated. But in every case, I'm totally glad, that you talked about Aigel. They are so famous now, and nobody knows their history. Thank you so much btw even today, one and a half years later, every time, I listen "Gas", I'm moved to tears.

Thank you very much for this video, Natasha. It made me cry at the end. You made a good point, saying that "all regions [within the Russian Federation] are colonies of Moscow." And a colony is - unfortunately - only meant to be exploited and not to be developed. There will never be a beneficial development under such conditions, neither for the people nor for the culture. I really hope that cultures survive and regain some livelihood once this nightmare of a corrupt, central government ends in Russia, though it will be hard because of all these traumatized people who had been made Gopniks.
