as a barista!🙋🏻‍♀️ use a handheld drink mixer to blend the milk into a cream. the air that is mixed into it makes it a little thicker and lighter, so it will sit on top 😊

More ice for your strawberry matcha! Try pouring the milk first and matcha on top. The ice will help separate the layers but of course, less for you to drink. Sacrifice for pretty foods 🤣

Hi Aika love your videos 💗 here it goes my advice as a sbx barista: foam the strawberry milk with a couple of ice cubes, thats going to make it foamier and its probably going to stay above the matcha (at least thats how I make the foams) hope it works for you ✨
