Ayant trouvé la brochure de la Fédération Française bien faite, puis-je, m'en servir comme base ou dois-je, au préalable, en référé à mon sensei ? Je vous remercie pour la réponse que vous me donnerez et encore merci pour ces vidéos qui me vident l'esprit des tracas quotidiens.
