This dude is deceiving. His slowed-down demonstrations seem basic, but when he does it real time, he's like a ghost, going from one place to another, in the blink of an eye. Much respect.

Gracias, si no lo prácticas te recomiendo que lo hagas, yo tengo experiencia en Kung Fu y Boxeo, pero me quedo con el Aikido por lo terapéutico que es, además cuando ya entiendes lo efectivo que es en situaciones de defensa personal aprendes porque se hace lento y suave, ya que puedes explotarle el codo, muñeca u hombro a tu compañero, dejandole el miembro inútil si lo haces bruscamente, por eso el Katame-Waza es tan importante de sentir, prácticar y dominar. También que la velocidad solo se aplica cuando ya tienes algo de dominio y precisión.
