Unless you act with purpose - it's not ideal practice imo Though there's a disclaimer at the end saying to not try too hard :') this is good instruction Anyone doing this themselves should put a bit more effort into it to make better use of the time investment there's a balance between the 2 ideals. Someone doing 100 strikes at 10% power will be less prepared than someone who has been doing it at 60% "The softer you are, the stronger you are" - should be part of a balanced ideology *Bows out* , Arigato gozaimasu
