I wanna say something real quick. People like hating on Aliee for her weight and thats an absoutute digusting thing to do. Because of the hate she started yo yo dieting and her fans took like 2 years to wake the tf up and try and defend her. We all want her to keep having comebacks, shes a very talented and beutiful woman. Her weight is not all there is to her, please defend her!!! U can even see her in an interview saying she was confused becuase people hated her weight and said she was too "fat" and then she lost the weight for her fans thinking everyone would be happy (still a healthy weight tho) but people all hated her again even fans saying she was too skinny then she gained it again and same thing all over again. Please just love idols

DUDE SAME! She doesn't need to lose weight. She is very talented, can sing, can dance and she is very kind person. She is everything i've looking for. I remember she said: '' in the past, yes, i wa looking beautiful and skinny, but i wasn't happy. i always getting tired on the stage.'' A lot people did the same thing to Adele. I MEAN, ADELE. People always said: ''she is just stanted on the stage and just sing.'' And then Adele losing weight, people started say: ''ewww, she is so skinny, why she did that.'' As you know, being a singer in the Korea and America (or England, cuz Adele is a worldwide singer) has a differrent industry, but the ''problem'' is the same. Do whatever you want, people will be always there and talking shit. For me being ''fat'' or ''skinny' doesn't matter. Ailee is beautiful in my eyes, i mean it. I follow her from the first day and i never wanted her be ''beautiful'', ''skinny'' or ''fat''. Like what i said: She is beautiful and she is greatest on the stage. And now i'm happy that she's doing whatever she want, love her body and herself.

With so much health information around the world these days, people still think that dieting is starving yourself or eating very little. Dieting is to eat clean, in healthy proportions according to your overall physical structure and metabolism, and 5 meals a day. It's also to exercise a healthy amount of time per week, and to include a cheat day here and there of eating some candy or pastry in order to not make being healthy a stress-related problem, because ONE pastry isn't going to make you gain 10000kg. Grown adults still think that dieting is to not eat anything and ruin your body *permanently.* Wake up people. I guess that the lazy way of losing weight is easier...

Eika Pumpkin But the thing that you have to understand here is that a lot of kpop idols who are a little chubby are fat shamed in Korea and they start to have bad thoughts about themselves because they think they aren't enough or pretty which leads them into having eating disorders. These aren't diets, they're eating disorders that developed because they just couldn't love their bodies. The way you diet is the way you think about yourself. She obviously has an ed because people couldn't mind their own business, this is more than just a diet. Saying "why don't you just eat healthy" is literally the exact same thing as saying "why don't you just eat" to an anorexic person. Instead of acting like she's lazy when she's gone through so much, you should comment nice things that show that she's beautiful just the way she is. Just because she's a grown adult doesn't mean she isn't insecure, anyone can be insecure. It's sad how you think belittling someone by saying she's too lazy to eat healthy is going to make anyone feel better, you should take the time to understand people's struggles instead of assuming.

Let’s get down to the basics here. Why does Ms Ailee need to diet so often? Not to be funny here but Ms Ailee enjoys a “See” food diet. She sees food and wants to eat. Don’t misunderstand what I am trying to get across. My only observation with her weight gains is that her cheeks fill in and takes away from that stunning smile. I think that Ms Ailee has an issue with depression and she finds her greatest joy in performing and a deep, yearning desire to be accepted by her colleagues and more importantly her fans. Why else would she cry after a thunderous ovation like the one she received during KCON LA and during certain wins on Immortal Song 2. Does she not have anyone in her life that would take that beautiful face in their hands, get passed that enchanting smile and look directly into her eyes and say I am here for you. Willing to not only laugh with her but cry with her when needed. My first thought was that Elvis had the same problem. He had friends around constantly but none were willing to upset him with their concerns. He had doubts that his fans would accept him for what he had done to himself and he ended dieing far to soon. Karen Carpenter, perhaps one of the most-impressive vocalist ever, died because of a serious eating disorder. I could name a few more but my thoughts are with Ms Ailee. I know she is only tweny nine but I do know first hand what will happen if she does not get smart. Ms Ailee, those of us that are constantly amazed by your singing and your kind heart would be blessed that you would stay in our lives. Just the thought otherwise is seriously heart breaking. Please forgive my being morbid. From one of your humblest and concerned fans.
